Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026
1. Scope and operator
These terms govern the use of invismanagement.com (the “Website”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Austria (“INVIS”, “we”). By using the Website you accept these terms. Management engagements between INVIS and creators are governed exclusively by separate written agreements; nothing on this Website constitutes such an agreement.
2. Eligibility
The Website and our services are directed exclusively at persons aged 18 or over. By submitting an application you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Applications
Submitting an application is free of charge and does not oblige either party to enter into a collaboration. We review applications at our own discretion and are not obliged to accept, respond to, or justify decisions on any application. Application data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. No guarantee of results
Figures, case studies, and testimonials on the Website describe individual outcomes under specific circumstances. They are not a promise, forecast, or guarantee of any particular result for you. Earnings on creator platforms depend on many factors outside our control.
5. Intellectual property
The Website’s content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the INVIS brand — is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit it beyond normal browsing without our prior written consent.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Website: no automated scraping, no attempts to breach security, no submission of false, unlawful, or third-party data without authority, and no use of the application form for anything other than genuine applications.
7. Third-party services
The Website links to third-party services (e.g. Instagram, WhatsApp). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Liability
We provide the Website with reasonable care but without warranty of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence; liability for slight negligence — except for personal injury — is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms with effect for the future. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. Venue for disputes with entrepreneurs is the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at our registered seat.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
