1. Controller

2. What data we process, why, and on what legal basis

a) Application form

If you apply to work with us, we process the information you submit: your first name, email address, optionally your WhatsApp number and country, the platform you are active on, your indicated earnings range, and any optional details you choose to share about your creator business (such as how long you have been active, your social media channels and follower ranges, your goals, available time, whether you show your face, the kinds of content you are comfortable creating, and a free-text message). Purpose: reviewing your application, assessing how we could work together, and contacting you about it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request). All questions beyond name, email, and platform are optional; without the required fields we cannot process an application.

b) Communication

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide in order to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Note that WhatsApp is a service of Meta Platforms; its own privacy terms apply to messages you send there.

c) Hosting and server logs

Our hosting provider processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser user agent) in server logs to deliver the site and defend against attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is not merged with other data and is deleted according to the provider’s standard schedule.

d) Cookies and local storage

We use only technically necessary local storage by default (your cookie choice itself). Optional analytics or marketing cookies are set only with your prior consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Details: Cookie Policy.

3. Recipients and processors

Hosting: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (processor; data may be transferred to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses). Application emails are delivered to our mailbox at [EMAIL PROVIDER — e.g. your mail host] (processor). We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

4. Retention

Application data is kept for as long as needed to assess and respond, and no longer than 12 months after our final response unless a collaboration follows or you ask us to keep it on file. Communication is retained as long as required for the enquiry and statutory retention duties.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any right, email office@invismanagement.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Austria, the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at), or the authority of your habitual residence.

6. No automated decision-making

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR. Applications are reviewed by people.

7. Security

The site is served exclusively over TLS (HTTPS). We collect the minimum data needed, load no third-party trackers by default, and restrict access to application data to the team handling it.

8. Minors

Our services are directed exclusively at adults. We do not knowingly process data of persons under 18.

9. Changes

We will update this policy when our processing changes and adjust the date above. The current version is always available on this page.
